HOW TO REACH THE PROPERTY FROM CENTRE
BY CITY BUS
From Florence S Maria Novella railway station, take bus number 7 to Fiesole and number 47 to Villa il Bosco. Get off at the Church of S.Maria Pontanico.
You must buy your bus ticket before boarding the bus.
Outside the railway station, at the number 7 bus terminus, there is a ATAF bus - ticket kiosk or self service vending machines.
Single tickets cost 1.20 Euro each, or block of 4 with little discount.
Once stamped in the machine aboard the bus, the ticket is valid for 60 minutes travel in any direction, on any anumber of buses.
Also you can buy tickets at most cafe/bar or Tabacchi.

HOW TO REACH THE VILLA BY CAR
From highway Firenze Nord, follow the directions "centro Firenze". When you are in avenues, Viale Lavagnini and piazza della Libertà, follow directions to Fiesole.
When you are in stadium area, follow the directions to "Settignano".
Once in Settignano, go straight on toward Fiesole till the top of the hill.
You'll see a sign "end of Settignano", turn right at the sign "Compiobbi".
You are in Via della Selva, drive down the hill for 1 mile and you'll see a gate on the right with yellow colummns.
FLORENCE SOUTH HIGHWAY EXIT
From Rome, exit Florence South, follow directions to florence.
When a the first light, turn on the right to Arezzo.You are via Aretina, pass 3 lights the turn on the left at the village Compiobbi, at the fourth light, direction Fiesole.Go on for 2 kms, then you'll see a church on the right climbing up the hill. Villa Il Bosco is just 100 m forward.

From Florence Airport you can take
the taxi (tel . 055-4242 or 055 4390 or 4499)with rates about Euro 25,00 or
the "Volainbus airport shuttle". Tickets are available on board for Euro 4.00.
